Noah was born in the seaside town of White Rock, B.C. Experiencing the landscapes of the B.C. coast and beyond from an early age, it didn’t take long for him to develop a fascination with the natural world. Noah has a strong passion for the environment; he is a volunteer with Surfrider’s Vancouver Island chapter and has been a nature photographer since the age of eight (see www.noahsnell.com). He is currently pursuing a degree in Human Geography at the University of Victoria. Noah is also passionate about reducing human suffering in any capacity and works as a Human Resources Assistant with the Canadian Red Cross, which is part of the world’s largest humanitarian network. Being a minimalist, Noah is known for valuing a simple lifestyle and for being a bit too organized.
