Mia is a dedicated Human Resource professional who lends her time and skills to our nature trail community with guidance, development and implementation of organizational people policies, practices and worker relations. Mia is a humanitarian with a passion for her work and gives back through volunteering with us and another not-for-profit. An animal lover, Mia can often be found hiking on our local trails with her best furry friend Romeo.

Mia believes in kindness above all else– and spends her downtime out on the trails and water, with her family and furry friends (Romeo and Raven). Mia loves to adventure the hidden natural gems all over the islands, exploring the beauty all around the environment we’re fortunate to live in.
