Josh is an avid outdoors type who is into anything active, whether that is hiking, biking, kayaking, or even a chill disc golf challenge, he is game – this includes both summer and winter activities. He has grown up on Vancouver Island and has called the south island his home since 2019. He has volunteered with organizations such as Air Cadets and the Civil Air Search And Rescue Association (CASARA) and has helped build grassroots programs while still in undergrad, such as the Saanich Park Watch program. He is building up his board experience and is eager to help the chairs of the Nature Trails Society committee with his experience
